Flat Head Design


Homework:
1. If you are still working on your portfolio, that's ok, do the best you can to finish it up. If you need help please contact me.
2. If you did not finish your self portrait flat head in class, finish as homework.
3. Go to the Flat Head tab on the blog and at the bottom is a grid oh heads. Please click and drag a copy of it to your desk top. You need to pick one male and one female from the the grid of heads and create a flat head icon out of them. We will have some time to work on them in class next Tuesday. 
4. Upload your homework to the discussion boards

b.Celebrity portrait flat heads

1. Go to the tab at the top of the blog called "Flat Head" and review the two videos for next week.

2. At the bottom of the tab it describes what you should bring to class next Thursday.

* Several of you have completed your portfolios and turned them in. If you are still working on yours make sure to check the I/O Portfolio discussion board for the new due date and project checklist.

1. The DVC Art Gallery is now accepting artwork for the 2020 Spring Online Student Art Show.

2. Continue working on the Inspire Oakland project. At this point you should be done with the first Billboard version of the project and you should be working toward reformatting the work to fit the other size specifications. Go to Inspire Oakland tab above for a link to the Bridgegood web site.

Hi,
it was good to see your projects, below I have some notes for you from the broadcast.

1. If you need a copy of your Inspire Oakland project, send me an email by 7pm today 4/7, letting me know that you need it. I will be going to DVC early tomorrow and send them to you.
2. As you finish your Red Riding Project you can begin finishing the Inspire Oakland project.
3. In canvas, I have created a discussion board entitled "Final Red Riding Hood" 
please upload your project by the end of class next Thursday, 4/9.
4. In canvas, I have created a discussion board entitled "Inspire Oakland draft" 
please upload a picture of your work in progress by the start of class on Thursday at 9:35. 
5. We will talk about a practice quiz in class on Thursday about the Principles and Elements of design. The definitions are under the tab entitled "Composition" on the class blog.
